Dont count on anyone calling you back from the strasburg office. It doesnt matter what its for you will not get a phone call back. Even if you give them extra time like two days after they said they would call. The front desk acts like you are bothering them and should be patient with them when no one calls you back. then if a nurse does by some miracle calls you back they still have an attitude of why are you bothering us with your health care questions. Its sad this is the only available system for us out here in eastern colorado. They are usually rude make you leave mutiple messages and still dont want to help you with health care outside there facility. So if you got a cold you will be alright by the time they can even see you. If your dealing with more serious issues may god bless you cause youll need it. They dont have any xray machines or any way to help you other than rude service no call backs and below average care. This office always has an excuse for there extreme lack of Communication and likes to be lame you or the other provider that you are trying to see. Then when you call the other provider they say peak vista has never sent anything or called. Its so sad that professional people lye to there patients not a good place to go if your dealing with anything other than a sports physical. After dealing with this office for years Im finally done with this lack of care and the people you come in contact with at this facility being rude and lying to you because they arent doing there jobs. Very sad I have to find a new doctor because of the lack of respect and care of the people they are there to help. They are happy to take your money and then never follow up.

The first couple of times I went here, they werent bad. Not great, but for a basic check up not bad. They were also, at that time, covered by my insurance carrier. Apparently that changed without them notifying me, which is highly unprofessional. What really gets me about this place though, is that one of their dentists is just a complete jerk, Dr. Shahrokh. I went in for my check up with no pain, no problems. He told me I had 4 cavities. Ive never had a cavity in my life, so I didnt really know what to expect. I came back to get 2 filled and immediately started having pain and sensitivity on those teeth which is still present months later. When I came back to get the rest done, I had to ask his assistant just to be able to speak to him before she started the procedure. When I asked him about it, he immediately got very defensive and dismissive. I asked if he could show me on the x-rays where my cavities were, because hed never done that. Doctors do usually, in my experience, try to explain to you whats going on and what they see. He hadnt done that before. So he shoved the computer screen at me, and asked abrasively if I was a dentist, if I knew how to read x-rays.... Anyway, I left without letting him touch my mouth again. I hadnt had a bad experience with the other dentists there, but that guy convinced me never to go back again, especially since you have no control over who you see. Now that I know theyre not even on my insurance anymore apparently Im glad I skipped our familys last check ups. I cant even say their administrative staff is good anymore. This place is awful.

I love the nurses here! But the care is awful. I have a herniated disc and a bulging disc. The first time I was seen I was treated like a drug seeking addict and sent to pain management. They couldnt help me at the time due to breastfeeding. So I hustled through that stretch of pain for a good six months. Second time after a long visit in the ER because I couldnt even stand dr. Couture seemed to take me seriously this time and helped with some meds and referrals to pain management and physical therapy. A week later out of desperation I called to request a referral to a surgeon. It took two weeks for any of my referrals to be put through. Than again my pain became so intense I spent most of my days crawling around my house and I needed help so I had to go in. Again I was treated like a drug seeking addict and asked if I was even contacting pain management for the issue. It took two weeks for anything to go through, and I was actually contacted that morning telling me they had just been put through. I was barely looked at let alone think about bed side manner. And the doctor referred me to a surgeon who doesnt even accept my insurance. I totally understand there are addicts out there and people can be pretty untrustworthy... but a person who you can see is in a massive amount of physical pain shouldnt be treated that way. And I was pretty much told Im pain managements issue after my last appointment with dr. Couture. I will make the drive into town to find someone who shows me even an ounce of care from now on.

I stopped going there almost a year ago. It amazes me to read so many negative reviews. I first loved it there before the merger with Peak Vista. I loved the staff. My physicians assistant-- until she left then the fun began-- sarcasm. Not only was I treated horribly because I dared to not put up with the incompetence. When I stopped seeing Elizabeth Couture due to not appreciating talking to someone who is either not paying attentions, or simply doesnt care, and tried to see someone else it got WORSE. How that was possible-- I dont know. But it did. I needed prescription, and was not feeling good. That was my main reason for going there. When I asked for help with a little paperwork the doctor who was supposed to be so great (Dr.DeJesus). Sat me in a exam room for an hour. Got a nasty attitude. Told me she couldnt find my medical records. This is after almost 6 months of rude, incompetent treatment. That was it. I lost it. In all my years of seeing doctors, going to different clinics, I have NEVER EVER been treated so horribly. I did talk to the office Manger she found my medical records. Needless to say I changed providers. I love my new doctor. Obviously Peak Vista doesnt care.

I went there last summer in so much pain I couldnt even walk upright when asked what my pain was like I told them Id rather cut my legs off then to have pain that bad. Liz and Denise both told me that they werent going to help me and that Id have to deal with the severe pain and walk it off. I found a new dr who got to the bottom of my pain and has ordered texts to find the problem which is pinched nerves and really severe. I went into planes med last Friday cuz I couldnt get into my normal dr with pain in my middle right side, they sent me in for an ultrasound said theyd have it read immediately by the radiologist and call me by close Friday, well its mid day Monday iv tried calling them several times but cant seem to get threw needless to say, Im not happy.
