A local business in Decatur Alabama name Mellow Mushroom is doing bad business practices in your city. They are currently trying to force a sale of there business onto the Parker family who owns a local business in the area. They are forging there numbers to make the business look successful in the sale. An recent investor out of Montgomery Alabama back out of a deal with the owners because they sense untruthful practices. This location constantly missing payroll and pay several employees under the table. They also offer what they call shifts beers to all employees free of charge after each shift and even the underage one. There son was banned from the business and continues to bring a bad attitude in the business. They also havent made payments to the Realator and write worthless checks to vendors.
