I personally had an awesome experience with Dr. Lam He was professional and took notes. He asked me questions about my symptoms and you could tell he truly wanted to help. He was thorough and gave me possibilities and made a plan of where we were going to start which was with the endoscopy and colonoscopy. The day of procedures his team was awesome and he was thorough. Thanks to him a large polyp that was turning cancerous was caught. Dr. Lam treated me above all with respect and concern. It was really nice to have a doctor show they are human . I would recommend Dr. Lam but people need to realize you get what you give in attitude or behavior Dr. Or not treat live beings with respect and humor!!!!!!! To the person who gave the bad review look at what you wrote. I think you are giving the office staff a bad review the way you wrote it you never saw Dr. Lam.

After weeks of trying to get an appointment and back and forth calls, they called me and said that the Doctor would not see me. I guess they dont take new patients with out the third degree. I was told to go to Mayo in Scottsdale. Thanks or not seeing a sick human being.
