Worst customer service and no professionalism! Had to reschedule our first appointment for my husbands vasectomy because they dropped the ball on getting the prior authorization from our insurance. SO we made another appointment well over a month in advance to assure the prior authorization would get done, my husband took the week off of work, and I call 6 days before his appointment to double check the appointment time, and they tell me his appointment has been bumped because the dr scheduled another surgery for that day and we needed to reschedule!! But we never got a phone call to tell us anything. Then I asked to speak to a supervisor, they placed me on hold for 15 minutes then hung up on me. Disgusting. THEY ARE EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL AND WE WILL NOT BE GOING BACK. WE WILL MAKE SURE TO LET EVERYONE THAT WE KNOW, KNOW THAT THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE!!!!

Stay away if you can!!! They performed the wrong procedure on me and I didnt find out until I went in for the follow up appointment. It wasnt life/death but it was unprofessional. When the NP told me about the error she acted like it was no big deal. I just called today because I havent heard from anyone in 3 weeks to schedule my surgery. They are "working on it". Will never go back once this is done.

Completely rushed experience! Arrived extremely nervous and concerned! Nurse practitioner didnt even look at my medical history form and couldve cared less about ultrasound findings! Made me feel as if I was wasting her time!! She was in and out of the office in what felt like 2 minutes TOPS!!

I had to wait three weeks just to get a sperm count done saw the provider for 15 mins so they could refer me to someone else that doesnt take my insurance and wants me to wait another month for an appointment.
