I have no words to thank Dr. Bracken for the care and love he has had for Wendy, my 15 year old Miniature Poodle. We came from Houston, TX, 10 years ago after loosing my husband in a car accident. I was referred to Dr. Bracken by a co-worker, and that is the best thing that could happen to Wendy and me. Dr. Bracken is one of a kind! Besides being such an excellent professional he has a big heart! He takes care of both, pets and pet parents in a unique caring way. Being a widow without any family, but my Wendy, Poodle, I do not know what I would do without Dr. Bracken. The Staff is Excellent! They team up to give you a great customer service, and to make you feel at home. I highly recommend Arcadia Animal Clinic, Dr. Bracken, to anybody who wants to experience the difference for his/her loved pet when it comes to Veterinary Services! Thank you so much Dr. Bracken for all you do, and for the support you will give me when God takes Wendy Home! Lots of Blessings for you, your Staff, and your lovely Family. Dr Bracken is simply THE BEST!!! He is caring, he is incredibly knowledgeable. I have a newfoundland, and was told that he has a soft spot for large breeds. When we brought my newf in, we had just moved from NY. My dog had recently gone extensive (as in $3000) testing and we had no answer to what was wrong with him. When we came to see Dr Bracken, he took a careful history and told me what was wrong with Byron (anesthesia induced inflammatory meningitis - a condition known to occur in large breeds). Didnt cost me any tests. And he has been incredible ever since. The only problem we have is that the waits are always long (for appts, and once you are actually in the office), but I know its because he is the best, and is giving the utmost attention to all of his patients. You cant go wrong with Dr Bracken and his team

The vets in our area are usually uncaring and expensive. Dr. Brackens office fit me in even though they were busy. My very old cat with a very bad mouth infection bit the assistant, but they were nice and asked me to bring him in the next morning so they could put him in a light sleep to examine his mouth without getting bit. They could find no real reason for the infection, but gave him an steroidal injection to help heal it. He asked me to give them weekly status. After about a week the old cat was eating hard food again. This might not be a permanent solution, but for an old cat it gave him back quality of life. The staff are caring, and helpful. I highly recommend them for the 85018 area.

This place is full of kind,compassionate professionals that show they genuinely care about you and your animals.I have been taking my dogs to this office for many years for many different things and always a wonderful outcome.I trust Dr . Bracken with my dogs and always feel 100% secure that they are in the very best hands they could be in.We love Arcadia Animal Clinic and feel very lucky we have such a great place to take our furry friends in times of need,or just for a check up.Thank you for always making time for us! Professional and compassionate in a truly difficult time, Dr. Bracken has my unending gratitude. After recently moving to the area, my Maltese of nine years was diagnosed with cancer by another vet whose chaotic, your-number-is-being-called office I swore never to return to. Dr. B treated us with dignity, care and respect in our final moments. It is not just the animal being treated, but the owner, also. I would like to clone Dr. Bracken and put him in the cardiac unit at work. He gets a five star rating from me and my heartfelt thank you.

We have been with Dr. Bracken for 11 years. He has ALLWAYS been available when weve had emergency vet needs. Dr. Bracken goes above and beyond in caring for our dogs. I am currently in emergency clinic for a trauma to my Hannah, it is after hours, the emergency vet asks for records to be sent and Dr Bracken fortunately is still at the clinic, and didnt hesitate to comply with this request. I remember an emergency late on Thanksgiving, where Dr. called us back within the hour! We cant thank him enough for his outstanding care!

One of the most caring and knowledgeable vets I have ever been to. Our dog had surgery and had a little slower recovery. Dr Bracken wanted us to call him daily on her progress and even called on Sunday when his office is closed. Dont think I would use anyone else for a Vet.

Dr. Bracken is extremely thorough, and kind! One can tell upon meeting him, that he really cares about the animals. I also love that he doesnt over-vaccinate or prescribe meds or preventatives unnecessarily.
