I have taken my two cats to Dr. Ferguson for over 16 years. I have also taken my dog to Dr. Ferguson for almost 8 years. All of my pets have received absolutely the best care at all times. Dr. Val and her staff are extremely caring and compassionate. I have lived in Phoenix all of my life and Four Legged Friends by far is the best animal hospital and veterinarian I have ever met. Dr. Ferguson has given one of my cats an additional 3 1/2 years to his life and he is still doing very well. When our other cat became suddenly ill with cancer she gave us extra time with her as well and was with us every step of the way during her last days. The compassion and care is beyond words! I would highly recommend Dr. V. Ferguson and Four Legged Friends to all in need of exemplary veterinarian care for their pets.

My advice to anyone needing a vet is DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAT OR DOG TO FOUR LEGGED FRIENDS. I recently had to put a beloved pet dog down. The front office was uncaring, the whole office seemed in chaos. I waited 25 minutes in an empty room without my dog. Finally I went out and told them I wanted to spend time with him while he was still alive. I have had many vets throughout my life and I have to say this office is a terrible experience each and every time I need to go. What do you do after your pet has passed away? Was there something else I could have done? I shouldnt have to worry about that with a great vet because they would talk to you. I received no sympathy nor compassion. It was like just hell out hes dead.

I have lost two of my dearest friends, Jack and Rosie, this year. Dr. Val and all the staff at Four Legged Friends have been so compassionate and caring. In fact, for Rosie, she was given maybe six months to live. She lived over a year after her diagnosis. Dr. Val helped me get the extra time I needed with Rosie, but was very careful that she was not in any pain. If I ever get another doggie - I will definitely go back. I just want to thank 4LF for helping me through this very difficult time, and helping to see Jack and Rosie cross over the rainbow bridge.

Dr. Ferguson is without a doubt the best doggie Doc in town. She has cared for 2 of my dogs, and when the first one, Sabrina passed away with her head in my lap, it was Dr. Val who was right there with us. The compassion and love she showed was as if she too was losing her best friend. When we moved north of the valley, I changed Vets only to find that there just wasnt anyone that could possibly compare to 4 legged Friends, so I returned and gladly drive the extra 20 miles so that my Bailey Boy gets the best care ever! Thank you for everything!!

Excellent Doctors; Smart and Friendly! I had an emergency with my cat and 2 other hospitals and 4 other veteranarians werent able to help me clinically and financially, BUT the entire staff and Doctors here at Four Legged Friends were able to properly diagnose him and save me a lot of money. I owe them big time, and I dont know what I would have done without them. This place is fantastic!

They will be the only ones that work on our animals dr. Ferguson is a lifesaver they have saved my cat from a coyote attack and also mended my broken Labradors leg by getting hit by a vehicle they are very reasonably priced and they will work with you. The staff there are professional and I never feel like Im waiting longer than 2 or 3 minutes before someone checking on us.

Brought my pug here because this place was highly recommend by APARN pug rescue. Dr H was amazing, she knew a lot about the breed and i feel very comfortable leaving my baby in her care. The office staff was really friendly. They called a few days later to make sure my baby was okay and to answer any questions I had afterward. Their rates were very reasonable.

I showed up on time for my appointment, waited for 30 mins. Then I was told to go into the room and fill out papper work. When I asked "how much longer after that?" the lady got all mad at me and said "how would I know!!??!!..", lol. A yeah I left. It seems like a real low budget place and it is not rrun well or by any one who cares..

Doctor Ferguson is the most knowledgeable, compassionate, honest and fair vet Ive ever known. Her staff is equally as wonderful. If you do not go here, you are doing yourself and your pet a disservice. We lived in Prescott for 3 years, and still made the drive with our animals to see her (unless it was an emergency of course)

For anything more serious than routine vaccinations I go to four legged friends. If my cats needed surgery I wouldnt take them anywhere else. Its a little pricey and far from my home so I take them to a vet nearby for vaccinations. If you are looking for competent and quality care four-legged friends is truly the best.

Brought my 11 year old dog here after previous vet ran tests that showed kidney damage and arthritis. Dr. Ferguson, Lynn and the team were totally awesome. They were direct, made time for us, compassionate and respected our opinions as well. Super helpful and very caring.

While working as a pharmacist for a compounding pharmacy here in phoenix, I interacted with this office frequently. In my experience they were always professional, efficient and caring. Definitely one of my favorite vet offices in the valley!!!

Really knowledgeable and caring people, and I dont believe theyve recommended anything my dog truly needed. Only negative is the front desk staff isnt very professional, but the doctors - especially Dr. Ferguson - make up for it.
