Very welcoming staff. My French Bulldog had another erection problem and the Dr was able to help my dog without stressing him. For precautions they are allowing him to stay until I get off work at no additional cost to keep an eye on it. I was taught on how to use some ointments if it happens at the house. They found an ear infection and educated me on how to clean properly and tend with solution. While being there I asked about nail trimming and they did it on the spot. Overall GREAT experience & pricing is VERY reasonable. I called several hospitals before and earliest appointment I found was Monday. I called here and yes they were busy but they still made time for Diesel. This place is awesome.

My dog was very sick when I called Indian Bend animal clinic on a Saturday, I was told "Well we were all hoping to get out of here on time today sooooo you know its already 11:50 now" and then at the last minute was told I would be charged an emergency fee, probably in hopes of detouring me from making the staff stay late on a Saturday. Of course I never went there again and told them to F--- Off!! My dog passed away two days later. There are only a few good veterinarian clinics in the valley, this is not one of them!

I really enjoy Dr. Allen. She seems to know her stuff and really cares for the animals. You can tell it is not just about the money. She helped me with my 13 yo cat who had a serious cold and with a mother cat and her kittens I rescued. My only complaint are her hours are limited for people who work in the day, but with a one Vet hospital she has to have time off, too. However, she will do anything she can to help.

Went for a free visit after adopting a pup from county. Walked out after having to pay $45 and an estimate for the next visit of over $160! News flash - there wont be a next visit!! The vet was heartless and staff just did her bidding. There was so much wrong with this place, I dont even know where to begin. Please, just go somewhere else and save you and your pet the grief.

Dr. Allen and her staff are very professional and helped in a time of need when my normal vet was not in the office. Took my 4 month old Golden Retriever Puppy Zeus in because he was sick and found out he had Parvo. They took great care of us, then trained and informed me of proper procedures to move forward in his treatment.

Indian Bend Animal Hospital is the best one I have found, they really enjoy seeing my 3 cats and the charges for services are very fair and reasonable. Wish I found them a few years earlier when I had a dog with problems because I would have saved a few $$ and my dog would have probably lived a bit longer.

The vet is very nice and knowledgeable but the front office lady (long blondish hair) is really rude and very condescending. I will not take my pets back here for this reason alone. I conduct myself in a professional and respectful manner and expect others to do so as well.

I have been using Indian Bend Animal Hospital for years to care for my pets. The doctors and staff are always very helpful and friendly. Also, their prices are much better than all the other vets I have ever used without sacrificing the quality of care.
