Avoid this office at all things possible. The staff Jessica and Trisha have horrible people skills. Sara Daly is a terrible PA. I am not sure how Midwestern let her pass through the program. I went in and DOUBLE CHECKED that I was going to do three titers but I only got results for one. I called to find out that they never did the other two. Instead of waiving a fee and having me come back in for the inconveniences for the two additional tests, I was told I need to drive over and pick up an order to go to a Sonoran Quest or make another appointment with the office and still be charged a fee for a MISTAKE THEY MADE! They kept telling me they have no record of anything and basically kept accusing me of lying. It is unbelievable because I came there fifteen minutes prior to my appointment and I was not seen until 25 minutes after the scheduled time. I was there for more than an hour and fifteen minutes. I will be switching medical offices. DO NOT GO HERE.

I have complete confidence in Dr Bruce Sobel. He has on several occasions found and treated or sent me to the right specialist for treatment. Where other practices had missed and left undiagnosed and untreated. If there is a wait its because he has patients and is worth waiting for his time and care. The staff is equally nice and very efficient I have nothing but great experiences and will be a patient there and recommend them.

My experiences with Dr. Bruce Sobel and his office have been extraordinary to say the least. Compared to other family practices I have experienced in the valley there is none. That is to say that Dr. Bruce and his team are such that other practices should visit to understand medical professionalism, courtesy, and most important asking if may be in any pain and what may be done to relieve it. Dr. B and his team are the the best.

Larry Sobel has made me wait over 2 hours on 3 different visits (my only 3). Nice guy but doesnt even listen to his patients after making them wait extraordinary amounts of time. And I was early to every appointment. From everything i read online Bruce Sobel is a good Dr and Larry doesnt seem to listen or care.

This place is always behind. Expect to wait in the lobby and in the patient room for 2 hours before being seen by a physician. Their empathy is next to none. Find another office to see you.
