I actually had tears in my eyes when I was moving. There were a lot of things I didnt like about Phoenix in general, but Honor Healthcare facilities were top quality. This provider office is the best of the best. I see a lot of negative reviews regarding the office staff, and office policies. Honestly, in most cases I can see both sides of the equation. For example, -- office staff/rude can be translated as office staff/very busy at the moment and is trying to take care of everyone at the same time. I can tell you that everyone in that office, including the doctors, goes out of their way to do the most professional job they can and to make sure that the right things happen for the patients.

Very disappointed in the lack of care and concern they showed my co-worker. They denied her care based upon the fact that she had just returned from a humanitarian trip in Africa...hundreds of miles away from anything Ebola rated. She just wanted a well check. She was treated like she had the plague, wouldnt let her past the waiting room. Can you imagine if she had also stated that she worked with AIDS orphans too, they might have run from the office screaming. Shame on you.

Theyre attentive and get to you very quickly. I use to go to a doctor that took 2 hours in and out so I thought that was normal, but here Im in and out within half an hour.
