For many years I suffered with severe headaches having to take as many as 8 Excedrine to make it through the day. After learning about chiropractic I tried the manual adjustments which were very uncomfortable a lot of the time. Dr. Chism uses the activator method which is more precise & never uncomfortable and after regular adjustments over a period of a few months I hardly ever have a headache! I would encourage anyone to try this method of chiropractic for headaches or any other physical symptoms. Most people do not relate chiropractic to elbow, wrist or knee problems but I have also had these areas adjusted with awsome results without the need of harmful medication. I found through bloodwork that I had taken so much Excedrine it had affected my kidneys. Not any longer! Try Dr. Chism! She is awsome!

I am so glad to have found Dr. Chism. While working in an elementary school with kindergarten students, I caught a bad chest cold. As a result of continuous coughing, I experienced a sharp pain upon with every breath. A friend had told me wonderful things about Chaparral Chiropractic so I called the office and was able to get in l that same day. Following a thorough exam, which indicated a rib was out of alignment, Dr. Chism, gave me an adjustment and a session of acupuncture. The pain was completely gone! On another occasion, Dr. Chism treated me for injuries, resulting from an auto accident. In addition to muscle stimulation and adjustments, I also received tremendous relief from spinal decompression. I will always be grateful to my friend who so highly recommended Chaparral Chiropractic.

I live in Oklahoma City and was attending the Scottsdale All Arabian Horse Show that is held in Feb.. I had been having problems with the bottom of my feet, they felt like they were on fire. I was talking to my daughter about my problem and she told me to call Dr. Chism, we have known "Christi" since she was a young girl. I called Dr. Chism and got right in to see her. A couple quick and easy sessions and my feet stopped burning and they have not bothered me again. Her office was very pleasant and all the staff were friendly and were very helpful and did it all with a smile. Cant thank you enough "Christi", you are the best.

Im a former trauma patient with extensive injuries in my back and legs. I have had pain in my upper back and neck for a significant amount of time because of these injuries. I have been seeing Dr. Chism for about two months now, and the pain is almost non existent! I used to complain about my head feeling heavy all the time, and now I dont feel that way at all. I highly recommend Dr. Chism to anyone who is in similar situation as me!

After going to 6 medical doctors and 2 phyical therapists and only suggesting surgery or pain killers,I was willing to try anything! Dr Chism s magic wand and two sessions of accupuncture ,I was pain free . Spending almost 3 years in pain ,thousand of dollars and many sleepless nights, made me so depressed. I was having some really bad shoulder pains and my friend referred me to Dr. Chism and after one adjustment the pain was relieved! I have been going back weekly since then. I hope to try acupuncture soon! Also there is a great office staff, and Dr. Chism has such a pure heart and really cares about her patients! I would refer anyone to Dr. Chism in a heartbeat!
