I made an appointment online for a blood draw (I needed some monitoring while visiting AZ). Easy online system, able to get the next day appt I was looking for. You can do walk-in too, but appts. are seen first at their appt time. I was seen on time. Nurse efficient and friendly. Quick easy blood draw. I did get a little brusing afterwards though. But overall experience at the clinic was good. However, I was disappointed that Labcorp did not fax same day results to my clinic as promised. So Ive had to change my review from 4* to 3*. My order specified same day results required. I checked with the nurse who did the blood draw that same day results could be faxed and was told they could. I made the earliest appt that was available that day at 10:45 am and was trusting my doctor would have say day results later that day. Several phone calls from my doctor that afternoon said the results had not been received. I called the number for Labcorp associated with this AZ address on Google and the phone was never answered. I signed up to Labcorps online portal to see if I could see the results there. A note in the system the next morning said the results had been sent to my doctor. So I felt reassured my doctor has received them. However I received several more phone calls from my doctor that day and he still did not have the results! I sent a message via the Labcorp portal to please send the results. But I wasnt sure when that would be attended to. I tried to follow up with a phone call to the AZ clinic but still no answer for that phone number. I had to search online for a different phone number for Labcorp and eventually got through to someone. They agreed to fax my results at that time, which was now the following afternoon. I asked what went wrong and why that hadnt fax them sooner and had they perhaps faxed to the wrong number? They said no, they hadnt been faxed at all, and they were going to do so later that day. I mentioned the order requested same day results which I had confirmed in person with the nurse. This was important for adjusting medications. It caused me quite a bit of stress in chasing up the results. Overall experience at clinic was fine, but if a patient requests same day results and is told it can be done. Please do so Labcorp!

I had a 9 15 appointment at this location. Not only did I get called on back on time, I had the good fortune to have gotten Sammi as my technician. She first asked which arm I would prefer ( this doesnt sound such a big deal, but many techs dont bother, and Ive had a mastectomy) Rather than use the "standard" needle she was about to use, she took time to see that my veins are very small, and used the appropriate small needle. I experienced no pain at all! This is a first for me. I have had a lot of blood drawn and , also, had no bruising! She is a total professional. She was totally delightful. What a lovely change.

The wait was short and I didnt have have appointment!! The easiest blood draw Ive ever had, totally painless. I have blood draws fairly frequently and I would recommend LabCorp to anyone. No needless chatting. A quality service. Im glad my insurance change lead me to LabCorp. Five enthusiastic thumbs up!

Very disorganized staff. Couldnt locate the drs orders in their electronic system, yet they were clearly there. Now I have to go back again because they failed to do two blood tests that were originally ordered. What gives??

dont ever go here. everybody has their head up there ass here. long waits, the staff is clueless. DONT GO HERE! anyplace is better than this place.
