Ive been a patient of one medical for almost 4 years both in San Francisco and in Phoenix. My husband and I just love them. Being able to get blood testing done there with no appointment- in and out in 15 min. Making appointments via an app on your phone. But the really amazing part is that my doctors will email me if theyve found some new information that might apply to me. And I can email them right back. They also give great referrals. And after 4 years and seeing several different doctors (because if you need to see someone because your sick you can get a same day appointment.) Ive only ever seen one doctor I really didnt like. We are beyond happy with one medical group.

One Medical came to my work to promote them selves as a great alternative to a traditional doctor. Checked their site and it mentioned open till 6pm on Wednesdays. Arrived shortly before 5pm and waited for about 15 minutes until a Lady arrived. I told her I was shopping for doctor and kindly told me they were too busy and could not accommodate me. I will advise all my coworkers at Godaddy to turn down One Medical as an option for any medical. Not recommended!

Went for a standard appointment at the office and they were late, did not have accurate records of my medical history, were unable to answer insurance questions, etc. Do not waste your time at this particular office.
