Beware, this clinic has extremely inflated pricing and is now forcing unnecessary tests/procedures on clients!! I have been taking my animals to this clinic for the past six years without issue. There seems to be a different vet (other than the owner) each time I go. I recently brought my 8yr old beagle in requesting a neuter surgery to be done. On exam they found a skin/gum flap in his mouth and suggested I have that removed as well. When they brought me in the "treatment plan" They insisted I do extensive blood work and multiple x-rays to the tune of $981. I expressed my concern over the pricing and unnecessary tests for a routine procedure to which I was told "this wouldnt have happened if you neutered him as a puppy". I took him to another clinic here in town and had the neuter and growth removal done for $180. My dog has had no problems with recovery and is doing fabulous. Will not be using this facility anymore!

Excellent Dr. & Staff! A friend of mine referred me to Ceres Veterinary Clinic after my dog was diagnosed with cancer at her previous veterinary office. Her dog also has cancer and is doing great under Dr. Bettencourts care. He is absolutely wonderful! He takes the time to truly listen and he handles each case as if he were treating his own pet. He suggested further testing to help find the best treatment option for my dog - tests that the other vet had deemed unnecessary. Upon reviewing the results, he confirmed that she was misdiagnosed. She simply had bladder stones. A few days later he surgically removed them and she was on the road to recovery. I am so thankful I found Dr. Bettencourt, he saved my dogs life. His staff is just as amazing as he is. :)

Everyone there is amazing! I have been going there for years and enjoy seeing the same people. You can tell a place is good when the staff is there long term. The prices are good, no real bargain. But I would rather pay extra money to make sure my Peaches is properly taken care of. Don't bother going anywhere else. To many of my friends have tried the cheaper places and came running back to Dr. Bettencourt and his staff. I only trust them with my family members.

I used this clinic as I had moved and this was closer for me. Very friendly staff, but poor service. I called 2 months ago to speak to the doctor. They said it may take some time, but Im still waiting on my call back. I also ordered nexgard with them and it took 2 weeks to get the approval for the prescription where as my old vet would take no longer than 3 days. Safe to say I would rather make the trip than waiting forever for a doctor to finally contact me.

Thank you Dr and staff for helping with 11 year old Chihuahua Sassy. She needed dental treatment, poor baby wasnt feeling good. They did treatment on her mouth, Dr. called me before and after treatment. Sassy is feeling better and happy. Thank you again!
