Went in on the 18th with an appointment and waited an hour and then they forgot to order my prescription. Ive been calling for a week now to try and get it ordered and no one seems to know whats going on they just put me on hold and never come back. Called again today and they put me on hold to check waited 20 min and then they closed the lines. Called back and its 445pm and their office doesnt close till 530 and another person picked up and said sorry but they closed the lines try tomorrow. If it wasnt for the patient none of your staff would have a job, so I would try and treat them better before you all end up unemployed.

Dr. John Nunez is awesome always takes the time to listen when we go in, but its like pulling teeth to get a refill on prescriptions we call and get nowhere and get hung up on every time we call or we are on hold for a very long time theres times that it takes us all day of calling before we can get our prescription. they are very well staffed so I dont know why its so hard for someone to answer the phone and get those prescriptions filled.

Dr. Patel is my doctor and is always courteous and has a delightful personality. The wait is sometimes longer than I would like but when he takes extra time to listen to me, I know others are waiting for him also. Very pleasant office and very friendly staff. Especially the young receptionist Macaria, always has a beautiful smile on her face.
