Been here since 10am and its about to be 12pm. I only had 3 women ahead of me and it took them over 2 hours to assist them? The whole time someone in the back was screaming they wanted coffee (doctor or nurse, not sure). Thats so unporfessional. Now that its 12am everyone ran off to lunch and forgot about the rest of their patients and closed down their front window. Why make my appointment at 10am if youre not going to see me until 1pm? What a waste of a day. I asked the lady in the front desk how much longer but she just stared at me with a dumbfounded face. What the heck?? Overall, the facility smells funky. I saw a cleaning lady just joking around with the nurses. Now that everyone ran off, me and a couple other people are just waiting for them to come back. I dont normally review stuff but man, this one really irritated me thus far! If you decide to come here make sure to take the whole day off because you will be here for WHILE! The only positive thing I could say about this place was that the doctor that saw me was very direct with me, which I could appreciate.

Hey would you look at that, I actually received help after 3 hours. Why is this world the way it is. It sucks that people in this type of medical field that are your own Raza(race) are so depressed when they are blessed with a good career, I only try to ask the simplest question about something and the face that the staff give you is just so pittyful, why choose a job/career you dont like. I hate leaving bad reviews about people who are trying to help but when the atmosphere of where you are at trying to receive help is so down putting, it affects everyone. I understand too that not every patient is intellectual but dam be proud that you are making a difference in peoples lives, You Only Live Once. Not hey Im a go for a walk because the lake where we are located is nice.

Sucks.... Ass...... Newbees get teated bad..... Capital Crime to ask questions Directions given only half way right.... Then they still get up set when you tell them this is your first time here... WTF. Here again... Its a little better now.... But man.... Still with the long waiting come in at 6:30am.... Then they tell you to come back tomorrow.... Workers trying to run out quickly... At 4pm when they supposing close at 5pm...Damm..... Please lets all work together.... I know beggars cant be Choosey...... But thats why you chose this field.... To help our fellow man..... But my thanks to the few who I did see stay and stick it out for the rest of us..... To help.....

bad service. they ONLY serve 49 people a day of walk-ins ER i was shocked. they said in the morning they give out tickets like a restaurant, and thats it, only 49 tickets..from then one, they post a paper at the window saying is full , go somewhere else. A Hospital turning down services.. How awful.. so from 11am to 5pm.. NO more walk in ERs.. even dough they have other clinics and the hospital is huge with plenty of space.. they wont see you... 49 tickets a day and thats it..

TERRIBLE SERVICE!I went to urgent care yesterday because of a broken finger and "they were full"!! They gave me an "appointment" for today at 7 a.m. ,Ive been here since 6:40 and still havent seen a freaking doctor!!! So incompetent! I am very stressed out Ive been waiting for more than two hours! I just need Xrays and a cast!!! What is so difficult about that???? So ashamed of this place thats why I fear getting sick!!!

If I had the option to choose no starts I would. This place is a joke, been trying to get an appointment for over two months, and NOTHING. I am injured, in pain, I need REAL help from REAL professionals. I dont understand why people get into this field if they dont even like it, or have any intention on helping people, I really hope this place closes down, its a sad excuse of a clinic.

When I was brought here by my mother a long time ago because of that stupid rash I got with those iron pills they took 3 hours to see me only to give me benadril. Isnt that dumb? Well, if we had known exactly what was going to happen she said she would have taken me to CVS or ride aid instead of coming over here for nothing.

Ive been in this clinic for about 2 to 3 years. My Doctor Ramaswamy is the best!!!! She is very patient. If you are talking to she will not hush she will hear you out and try to help you as much as possible. Ive also met the beautiful Veronica from Medicine. She was very helpful. She walked me through step by step.
