Annie at the front desk is amazing! She has gone out of her way to help me so many times. I came in with a broken tooth and couldnt be seen for about a month out. She did everything she could to get me an emergency appointment and I was seen within the week(at a different location). I have had the worst experience at the dentist, no one ever wants to go out of their way to help you, It is scary enough just being there. This is not the case there. She really went out of her way to help me and I was compelled to write a review. There is an orally surgeon there by the name of DR. Chein that is amazing as well! He only comes in once in a while but he is the best, I wish he was my full time dentist. He took out my wisdom teeth in less than 5 min, i couldnt believe it. Everyone is really nice and makes you feel comfortable. I really like this office. caring and professional. Thank you guys!

I went back to this dental office after a previous issue with my appointment. I was treat much better this time with the x-ray machine fixed. Have my x-ray taken and explained to me with an exam. Then explained to me the options on what kind of dental work I need. And they did a good job on my deep cleaning. I have a follow-up appointment to see if they will get another star upgrade.... (Zero star. They had a problem with thier x-ray machine and automatically cancel my appointment. They said they gave me a call but cant leave a message. That is but customer service. They can call me back a second time. And I have a smart phone which forward all voice mails to my phone. And I deleted them after listing to them. And they didnt email me on it. That is also a good way to communicate. Stay up with technology if you want to be in business.)

They canceled in me three times due to xray machine being down, they told me they would call, and they never did, I have been in pain and finally got an emergancy apt but they stated could not due much due to the x-ray being down, I got super sick and couldnt make the apt called and let them know and tried to reschdule AGAIN!! 3 weeks into this there machine is still down..and no one has called me, I have called alot and they just say Ill be first in the list to see. Here I am now after trying to call again sitting in there office trying to be seen, while the lady on the phone received 2 cancellations and instead of putting me in she called people in the phone to see if they wanted to come in...

If I had a choice to put no stars but give them a review I so would! Just called them to ask for my brothers appointment & the front desk girl was ignoring my calls! After a while of calling she finally decide to answer, & I told her that Ive been calling & they do pick up but dont speak up or say anything, she ignored my statement. Also one of the front desk girls is so rude which Im thinking thats the one that picked up. Because the other girl is so much helpfull & nice.

They just left me a message saying doctor is out on emergency medical leave. This is the 2nd time as if they cant send me off to another doctor. So i call back no pick up. So i keep calling they pick up but stay silent like really?? I call again straight to voice mail how professional lol now that i see the bad ratings Im not even going to bother stepping into that place!! But I am going to enjoy reporting them
