You never want to send your mom to this place. Unprofessional, disrespectful service. They made a mistake with their Lasik surgery for my mom, I gave a chance to fix it up, they charge more money when we came back to fix it, even after that it still didnt work the way it should. I sent my mom to another Lasik service that told us that they really screwed it up, so they dont even want to risk it. Its not about the money, but they screwed it up big time. I dont want anyone to experience it, especially when it comes to your relatives. I gave them a call, asked for explanation, they didnt offer any help. I finally found someone who might fix it up, but its going to cost a lot of money, so I called Dr. Simons office and asked for a refund. They said they never gave anyone a refund, so they wont make an exception. Please stay away from this shady business.

Everything appeared to go well until months later when my vision started to decline slowly. I understand things dont always go according to plan, but at least have the decency to refund for making me EVEN MORE visually impaired! They dont answer my phone calls unless I call from a different number. Then when they find out its me, I always get hung up on. Unprofessional and unorthodox.
