We made an appointment and upon return and check-in they offered us water and gave us a survey form while waiting. Sierra Health Center is a little gem and affiliated with St. Jude Hospital Family of excellence. Dr. Ernest Williams and his assistant handled the appointment, thank you! Dr. Ernest Williams was in and out of the examination room at least three times and gave thoughtful advice. Thanks to Dr. Ernest Williams and his awesome staff. We brought ladies at counter (aka hard working angels) sunflowers to brighten their day.This is a safe, professional and caring facility for pregnant or regular patients. Thank you!

September 20, 2016 I called them to see if they performed a certain vaccination. A woman answered and asked if I could be placed on hold. I said "sure". We were on our way to the clinic, I just figured I could find out before we arrived in case they did not we would go somewhere else. We arrived 10 min after calling, Im still on hold by the way and my wife walked in to ask. When my wife returned she said there was no one else there and she was not on the phone. Im still on hold... Its kinda hysterical to me, and possibly an honest mistake, but Im pretty annoyed right now. Ill probably remove this review in the future.

I am not related to Dr. Edgar Flores we just have the same last name . He is an amazing doctor he is very seasoned in his chosen specialty. I actually moved our entire family here because of his impeccable knowledge most specially on chronic condition which most of my family members have. I highly recommend this place to anyone . Diane Allen, NP is also one of the best for Womens health she is very kind and compassionate. I would refer all of my friends and family to this clinic.

The wait time at this place is absolutely ridiculous. Every single time my child gets sick we have to wait a long long time. Then, if you do any lab work or any other kind of test they dont even call to tell you the results.... You have to call them. Worst clinic, currently trying to find a new place for my son and I.

this is the second time i am here, and yes,will be the last time too. men, the appointment is at 10am, i waiting for 50min.didnt get to go. and once i go in the room is another 30min. waiting. so i go out at 13pm.

Have to call twice to make an appointment. clinic closed while thy have their lunch, everyone, together, you have to wait outside be it rain or heat. takes two weeks to get an appointment for anything.
