Dr. DeSalvo and his lovely office staff have been a Godsend to me. After having had serious back pain for years, I finally feel like my injuries are being addressed and treated with the proper level of care. Dr. DeSalvo is knowledgable and is very giving with his time, educating me along the way with each treatment and exercise. I have been to other Chiropractors who just adjust and have you out the door without truly addressing specific concerns and without any sort of bedside manner-you will not experience any of this at this place. His office staff is so nice and accommodating that the full extent of the appointment is pleasurable-from the greeting, consultation, treatment, and scheduling. I cannot recommend this place enough. Besides the amazing people, the treatments are cutting edge and are truly tailored to your problem areas. I finally feel some relief and I now have hope that my condition will not continue to deteriorate. I am actually improving and will continue to follow the Drs treatment plan!! I have already referred someone here and she is just as excited about DeSalvo Chiropractic as me!! ;-))))

Several years ago I suffered a spinal compression fracture that resulted in permanent damage to my T12 vertebrae. I have been plauged with constant back pain for decades. Through the years I have seen literally dozens of specialist who have not been able to provide more than slight if any relief from discomfort. One day I was in so much pain I could barely walk and thought I would try a chiropractor. I began a search for the chiropractors with best training and user ratings in the bay area. I found that Dr. De Salvo was rated tops so I made an appointment and due to my acute situation he saw me right away. After the initial assessment he began his treatment. I could tell immediately he knew what he was doing. It was obvious he had how I can only describe as "very intelligent hands." At completion of the treatment I could stand straight and was a bit sore but the pain was almost completely gone. I have been seeing Doctor Doug now a couple of times a month now for almost three years and am happy to report I am mostly pain free. I recommend him without reservation.

Dr. DeSalvo is amazing as my husband had severe back pain and he helped him relieve his pain. It eventually resulted in surgery but Dr. DeSalvo helped my husband with relief of sever back pain from an injury. I also had neck pain and Dr. DeSalvo helped me with my neck pain and how to alleviate pain in the future. He is amazing and also knows the spine and neck so helps alleviate pain and also stretching and ways to help alleviate severe pain. He listens and is so aware of his patients and takes his time to help his patients. My husband and I would also like to say the office staff both Lynn and others on staff are wonderful so welcoming into the office. As well when I have called the office with changes or needing to see the Doctor Lynn does her best to accommodate the patients needs and always finds a way to fit you in on a very busy schedule.

Yvonne - November 30, 2011 After years of debilitating back pain & constant sciatica I felt there was little that could be done to help me. As an RN I knew what to do & I tried it all: Physical therapy, acupuncture, hypnosis, pain medication, chronic pain classes & psychotherapy. Surgery was not an option. I finally decided to try chiropractic & what a wonderful surprise was waiting for me! Dr. De Salvo discussed treatment options & I put myself in his capable care. After weeks of decompression & hands-on treatment, I began to feel better & it was as if time had been turned back. No more sciatica & I am actually able to walk several blocks, something I was unable to do for many years. If you have experienced any of my symptoms, or have chronic pain, I recommend Dr. De Salvo. He is truly a professional & a very caring & thorough diagnostician.

I went to Dr. DeSalvo with severe sciatic pain and I was taking 3 to 4 percocet each day. The Doctor took xrays and came up with a treatment plan. It included chiropractic treatments along with cold laser treatments. In 3 1/2 months, I only take two tylenol in the morning and I am pretty much pain free. I was scheduled at one point for serious back surgery and I am pleased to say that I will no longer be needing to even consider surgery. It is nothing short of a miracle. From the moment you walk into DelSalvo Chiropractic & Wellness Center you are treated like family and you know, without a doubt, that everyone in the office cares about your health and recovery. It has been a miracle for me and I would recommend this practice 100%.

Dr. DeSalvo and his staff are the best at what they do. I have been going there for years whenever I need an adjustment or ongoing treatment for various ailments. Dr. DeSalvos approach is second to none. He has an amazing ability to pinpoint injuries and prescribe the proper treatment and strength exercises to get his patients back to a place of comfort and alignment. His staff is always so friendly and accommodating, and they have been able to get me in on a number of occasions on very short notice. I feel very fortunate to have been referred to DeSalvo Chiropractic, and happily refer them to anyone that is in need of chiropractic services. They are the BEST!

What a joy & blessing it is to wake up in the morning free of pain!!! I used to get chronic migraines & headaches every month for over 20 years but ever since Ive been going to DeSalvo Chiropractic, they have diminished & practically gone away completely! My quality of life has drastically improved! I no longer live in fear of when the next migraine will strike. Dr. DeSalvo is amazing! My kids see him too-- my 5-year-old son used to get recurring ear infections & he hasnt had one in almost a year, thanks to Dr. DeSalvo. Dr.DeSalvo is an amazing guy! He is kind, caring, and above all efficient! He wont waste your time and wont force you into a trap of thousands of appointments like some chiropractors do,unless you really need it. In my case, I did struggling with a mild concusion that took over my life. Their flexible hours also made life easier as a busy high school student. The 3x a week haul through rush hour from larkspur to novato was so worth it because I am almost back to my old self. So when in doubt go see Dr.DeSalvo for the true chiropractor experience everyone should have. Even once a week will make a big difference in your life.
