I've been a patient here for 5 years. I was a bit disappointed with the service I received this month. I went in after a cold and the doctor had my prognosis as he walked in my room after reading the paper on the door. I had to ask him to check my ears and nose. Great thanks for the attention. I went for my annual and had some lab wk done. You'd think after having concerns they'd get back to you. 5 days later nothing. After my visit to urgent care this weekend for a sinus infection still no response. I know my insurance pays good money and unfortunately I felt like I was not a patient but $. I do agree with the last post Christine gold is awesome. She has always treated me well and concerend. Wish dr Tina Luis was still there.

This eating is not for Mercy itself its for Dr. Vasuik the new doctor there. She is the WORST doctor Ive ever seen!!!!!! She was rude, argumentative, interrupted me every time I tried to speak and almost refused to check a lump I had under my armpit near my breast. I had my mother and my husband with me in the room so I have witnesses to her neglect. If you are a b**ch you should NOT be working with PEOPLE!!!! Mercy itself is great and moat of the docs and NP Christine Gold is phenomenal.

This was the worst FIRST doctors visit. I waited over an hour when the receptionist told me she couldnt find the doctor to see how long it would be until my appointment. What? My appointment was scheduled, I had to take time off work. Do doctors even consider this? Such a bad reception, I would rather drive an hour to Folsom Mercy and be treated with respect.

Sometimes I feel a little rushed, like they have better things to do. But most of the time their very friendly. The girls at the counter are super nice.
