I had been going to Mercy downtown throughout my first pregnancy, even before then. when my daughter was born, I kept going there to see a pediatrician, Emge, however, her nurse, and even her were awful. One day, by coincidence, Dr. Nealon was seeing her patients and I got to meet him, my daughter and I liked him so much that I switched over and I have not gone anywhere else. Now my daughter is 4, we have been seeing him for 3 1/2 years, and my 2-year old son sees him too. I would not go anywhere else.

Large waiting room and very clean. Reception staff is quick and friendly. Dr. Nealon is an excellent, friendly, and caring Pediatrician. He listens well and we never feel rushed. Dr. Nassim is an excellent primary care doctor and super friendly. He is very knowledgeable and seems to have actually read my charts and history before coming into the exam room. He never rushes me. Id be his friend in the real world.

I love my daughters pediatrician Dr. Nealon. Hes really great with her ! One complaint I have is phone traffic. I call and instantly get put on hold. This happens to me all the time and its very frustrating when trying to get an emergency appointment but I cant speak with anybody. Its gotten to the point where Im on hold for more than an hour! The is unacceptable.

I love this doctors office. We have seen Dr. Nealon for 4 years and wont even consider seeing someone else. He has been the best to all 3 of my children. The office staff is awesome and so helpful.
