I was visiting with my friend and her daughter and we saw the mice packed into the small habitats. At first that was all I saw, then a mouse turned around and it had a huge scab on its back! So I asked the pet care employee of she would isolate it because it was not in the best condition to be sold as a pet. She was very rude to me and said that she wont to anything about it because they all bite each other. Very rude, very bad customer service skills.

Great place to go. They have always been helpful and always have beautiful animals well taken care of. Very knowledgeable and willing to go the extra mile. Sometime it seems they are understaffed, but you can always ask the cashier and they will help you. Ask for a membership pet pals card.

Petco in LBC is great for selection. Bird seed in different size packages and prices are reasonable....12.00 for 4lbs of ENCORE cockatiel food which is good...less than at Petsmart. They have water Turtles..fish.lizards..rabbits..hamsters for the kids to enjoy looking at.

Love this store Jack the aquatic specialist was very helpful and friendly would highlyrecommended him and Mike was very helpful with choosing a cage for our new rabbit i will never go the petsmart in the town center due to their lack of knowledge and poor customer service

The store, employees, and location is great. Near an In n out, home depot, etc. Nice and clean. The prices are somewhat fair, but in the middle. The day I went, it was loud. Kids screaming and crying, while someones dog was barking. Other than that GREAT.

The lady helping me went ABOVE AND BEYOND to give me a wonderful experience at this petco location. Went to their competitor and couldnt even find someone to answer my question I had to go bug the cashiers. Safe to say I will only go to petco from now on.
