Dr. Case is great...but his office, not so much. His office staff, DEFINITELY NOT so much! This is one of those "fast food" offices, where you are treated in an open room with several other patients. This type of environment is MUCH LESS STERILE, people coughing all over each other, walking all around you while your mouth is stretched wide...talking to you about your personal treatment right in front of everyone else. I tried to discuss my displeasure with this arrangement as well as the rough treatment I got, and regarding the ASSISTANT who misaligned my bite when SHE shaped the filling INSTEAD of the dentist...I think that was unacceptable as well, but I was called an ASS by the girl they had call me back when I left an online concern about those issues. I guess they didnt want to hear about any of it...Wondering if this lack of privacy is even legal under HIPAA rules?!?!?! I wont return and I will do what I can to prevent others from experiencing this socialistic sort of "care", and unprofessional, rude staff.

Best dental experience! Dr. Case and everyone I had contact with in the office was friendly, helpful and professional. I would highly recommend them. My husband will be changing to his office as well. Everyone was very good at what they did, everyone was very thorough and I did not feel rushed through the appointment. The offices are beautiful, clean and in a very nice area. I am fortunate to have found such a competent dentist and staff.

Make sure you call your insurance first. I was told by his dumb office staff they accepted my insurance. I gave them the numbers and everything and even showed the girl my card. Then after he took 3 mins to look in my mouth they said oh we dont take that plan only the other. Now they have the nerve to send this to collections. Thanks for the fraud to make money. I am a practitioner and i would never do that to my clients. EVER!

All the staff is patient and cheerful; they take time to explain the upcoming procedures. I never have to wait long for my appointment, but I never feel rushed. I am confident that I am in competent hands! Dr. Case gives the least painful injections I have ever had!
