I have been going to Dr. Scott since I first started having vision trouble 10 years ago. Friends and family members have stopped going to him long ago but Ive always felt neutral until my last trip. The receptionist was extremely rude, making rude comments and jokes, and failed to adequately explain the cost of my appointment and what exactly I was paying for. A large part of my fee was a contact fitting, which they failed to do correctly. When I returned to be refitted, they were rude and didnt believe that the contact didnt fit well. No customer care, bad reception and a subpar doctor means I will not be returning.

While Dr. Morris is great and knowledgeable, his staff are terrible! They told me my insurance would pay for an exam due to my Graves disease as I needed pre-op recommendations for my radiation iodine treatment. When I arrived they then informed me that my insurance would NOT pay for exam. I could of paid out of pocket but why do I have insurance and why did they tell me my insurance would pay?? I had to make another appointment with another provider thus delaying my treatment. Horrible and stupid staff.

Dr Miller is AMAZING! He helped me pull something out of my eye this past weekend.... On Sunday afternoon. On fathers day no less. He took the time to help me. I had been to the ER at St. As and they missed what Dr Miller quickly found and helped me with. No reason to go anywhere else when this good of a Dr and person is right around the corner. Thanks Scott.

I have seen both of the Doctors in this office and they are outstanding! All employees in this office are respectful, kind and helpful. I cannot imagine going anywhere else. They explain exactly what they are doing and why and this helps alleviate the stress of an eye exam.

The doctor was not in a rush and answered all of my questions. Ive been to many doctors before moving to the area and Dr Scot is my favorite! He also uses state of the art technology and equipment. The office ran efficiently and was very friendly.
