This is my first Google review and I never thought I would get on and give someone 1 star but today was terrible. I always wait at least 30 minutes to see the doctor. It took me 3 and a half hours to get out of there today and it should have been 2 hours tops. I was told I am last priority because I have Medicaid and I am lucky he sees me anyway. WOW. I never even complained and he had the nerve to tell me that after he was done. Not to mention he had someone else doing my fillings who was distressed and needed help and thats probably what took so long. He told her what light to use then walked away and started using that light on another patient so we had to wait! Ridiculous. You sit in a room with the other patients no privacy and he just keeps bopping around instead of seeing one person at a time. Very awkward and non professional. At the end, after I was told my Medicaid would cover everything, I was told there was actually about 500.00 of what I needed done that would not be covered. How can you tell me that months after you told me everything would be covered and after my 3 and a half hour appointment? If I had known that I would have asked him to fill the cavities on the side that was bothering me more. WORST communication. And then he was upset at me because I was upset that it was not all getting covered after I was clearly told it was. He kept saying "it was just an estimate" Yeah well maybe you should have told me that beforehand. I walked out of there after he was rude to me because I was upset I was misinformed. No apology or anything. And they dont even do nice things for you at this office like put Vaseline on your lips or a movie. Skip this place! You dont want to deal with this rude guy and no privacy or the attention you deserve at your appointment. Nobody should watch their dentist hop around and wait for him to come back while he is seeing someone who came after you and youve already waited 45 min to get started!

Horrible experience!!! Arrived at 6:15 for our 6:30 appointment as the receptionist had asked to fill out newpatient paperwork, more people arrived and they were taken back fast but not us we waited 45 min until i just had to ask what was going on since no one had the courtesy to let me know. Well we were brought to the back got xrays saw the arrogant dentist and then was taken to a little office room where they explained my plan of treatment and was a couple of things i needed done. Oooo but wait i needed my cleaning done.. Guess their response.. "Oh the hygienist already left" so i came for a cleaning paid for the appointment and she left with out seeing me??? The lady then said well we do say the cleaning isnt guaranteed! Well nobody told me this... This place sucks and their prices for treatment way over rated not gping back ever!!!! Had to give a star to give review but if possible -5five stars (negative)

Went here and got some work done, before they even see you they make sure your insurance will pay for what is needed...Well the months on down the road they come and say I owe them money, they do not even see you without the money up fornt, I asked the Lady what are you talking about she said the staff at the time messed up in the way she summitted to my insurance so they did not pay, it seem to me that is their staffs problem so they went and sent it to collections so now I am in the middle of trying to see where I signed a legal document where I am responsible for his staffs mistakes stay away from this place big Scam is whst they do here, filing a complaint with BBB and the Attorney General...

Terrible service! Extremely rude dentist. He does not give a flying crap about you! He is clearly just there to make money. Just like other reviewers said, he will tell you your insurance covers everything in order to get you to agree then will bill you later. Just like a scam. Also, dont believe all these five star reviews! He clearly has been asking people to give reviews. Why else would he all of a sudden get a bunch of five star reviews at the same time? That doesnt happen anywhere especially a dentists office where if they did a good job you would not think about giving a review since it is their job!
