I have seen Dr. Casey Galligher, MD for my skin cancer problems for nearly 5 years. I can only describe his presentations to me as professional, and he is superbly qualified to treat my basal and squamous cell cancers. I am a Vietnam Veteran (1969-1970. I was sprayed with Agent Orange countless times while in country and being of service to my country as a USAF Protestant Chaplain. My 150+ skin cancers began manifesting themselves in 1987, and continue unabated to this day. I am superbly appreciative of Dr. Galligher. I can count on him always. Dr. James R. Apparently its okay to charge their patients $50 for being 15 minutes late but even when you show up on time, they have you sitting waiting for 25+ minutes. Why bother scheduling my appointment if you treat everyone like a walk in. It is 45 minutes past my appointment time and I am in the waiting room. The women behind desks care not for the patients or for their jobs and could care even less about good customer service. Their waiting room is cramped and in very poor condition(dirty+smelly). I will be finding a new doctor because this was uncalled for and ridiculous.

I have had good results with Dr Carey G and Julie Y in my 2 visits. Fairly easy clinical items (thankfully) and both addressed quickly. They both have good patient skills. I am fully satisfied so far with my treatment. The in office prep was good, Hector collected relevent info. The business side experiences have been positive, easy scheduling and check in/out. I would recommend BVC for Dermatology. J

I scheduled appointment, waiting 40 minutes and went home without meeting with the doctor. I have no idea why they setup the visit for me if the doctor so busy. Also I dont like "cancellation fee" - its looks like Im just a credit card for the doctor but not a man.

Out of 5 stars, they dont deserve the 1 star I gave them... When patient is left in the recovery room and not attended to and 911 is called by the patients daughter to locate the patient in the recovery room.....Boom!
