I LOVE this place! The staff are amazing! Nicole (hope I spelled that right) and Marcella helped my family out when we were in need. My sons glasses broke. We bought them from the Lens Crafters in Stapleton and we went back there they tried to sell us a maintenance plan before they would even help us fix his glasses. Not only that they wanted to order new frames instead of just replacing the arm of the glasses. So, I called the ladies at Eye Venue and asked if they could help us with this really easy fix and of course they could for only 25.00 (Lenscrafters wanted us to pay over 150.00 for the same fix!!) Not only were they super pleasant but they were willing to do what was best for us! Now that I know my insurance (EyeMed) will cover the eye exams and glasses we will be switching to EyeVenue!! Thank you Marcella and Nicole for being awesome and caring about your customers!!!

In my 56 years, I have NEVER had a more wonderful experience having an eye exam and getting contacts and glasses from such a sincere and caring business owner as Marcella!! I walked in a few weeks ago after seeing an ad in the local mag and was so impressed! She knew my needs and pretty much zeroed-in on my taste/style and picked the perfect frames, not to mention the personal attention she gave me. Outstanding balance of Quality and Service! My frame experience was easy, personalized and comfortable. There was no rush or pushy sales person telling me to go for the highest frame. There was patience and time in helping me choose something I would love. The store is beautiful and completely designed for your family, there is a space that is dedicated for your children right on the floor to play and be comfortable allowing you to take the time you need in deciding. There are stylish frames, affordable and durable that are unique to everyone’s personal style. I love the complements I have been getting almost as much as I love my Xavier Garcia frames!! The owner, Marcella is a joy to work with. I have a horrible astigmatism. My vision is not good especially at night. I had an eye exam and got progressive lenses. Marcella took some measurements to ensure the lenses would be perfect. Well they nailed it. I was driving at night in the boonies, and I was amazed that I could see all the lights at an intersection over a mile away. Usually it would have just been a big blur. Great Job.

Great experience and great customer service! They are super quick and took great care of me. I called to make an appt, expecting for them to put me 2 + weeks out (only from prior experiences with other eye doctors) they told me to come in the SAME day. I went in for my appt on a Monday they had my glasses and some cool extra items all ready for me the following Wednesday. Thank you so much!!!

Awesome, friendly staff, and great selection of high quality frames and sunglasses. This is the only place to go for RX glasses, contacts, and sunglasses in my opinion. The Dr. is great also, they have a lot of new high tech ways to look at your eyes. I have vision insurance with kaiser and I choose to pay out of pocket to go here.

Great experience here. They got me in for a last minute appointment toward the end of the year when most docs cant. Friendly and knowledgeable staff, docs included. My 2 sons came with me and played the entire time in their awesome kids space. Beautiful shop! I would hightly reccomend 20/20 EyeVenue!

Completely different styles than we have found in Denver....way more trendy, euro, high-end. The store is more a salon or studio and the staff were really friendly. While I was waiting for my lenses, 7 days, they kept in touch by email which was a nice touch.
