They gave our 4 month old kitten brain damage, and we will have to put her down now. They charted her weight at 8 pounds when she weighs 4, they gave her a vaccine during anesthesia which is very dangerous, and a neurologist told us she didnt have enough oxygen during surgery. I count 3 preventable mistakes that ultimately killed our perfectly healthy kitten during a routine surgery. She is completely blind and basically a vegetable. Because she is brain dead, she doesnt understand that she needs to go to the bathroom and is constantly uncomfortable. The story is so horrible WFSB actually did a really long interview about it, you can find it by searching for this horrible company on the WFSB site.

All employees were very courteous, friendly, and attentive to our cat. The staff provided excellent vet care and very knowledgeable for reasonable price. However my Wellness aggrement was from Jan - Dec 2016 with monthly automatic withdrawals. Early Feb 2017 while balancing my checkbook I noticed withdrawals in Jan and Feb, I did not authorize these, I did not plan to renew my aggrement. I did not recieve and call or email (I recieved many other emails). Bottom line read the small print it states unless you call to cancel they will automatically renew your agreement for another year, and they do not have to reemburse you if you cancel.

I knew my dog was fake pregnant, thats what they call it after they get a certain age and their body looks like their pregnant but they arent. Vet said she was pregant. I told him that wasnt possible. He insisted on it then ordered scans, which said she wasnt pregnant and then wanted to send them out to another tech to confirm she wasnt pregant when its not even a possiblitly that she could have been. I refused but the whole trip still cost me $400 for a vet tech who had no idea what he was doing and honestly made me so uncomfortable. My dog is my baby, shes 62 pounds of pure love. Please dont take your dog here.

I worked for dr baig, and he doesnt know what hes doing. he could honestly care less about the health of the animal and only thinks of how many different ways he could charge them money. the vet assistants are usually the ones to point stuff out to him, where he will play it off as something when he is totally guessing. please take your animals to a REAL vet, as this one should have his license taken away. (and no, i am not a scorned employee, i was there for only a few months before i couldnt take it anymore and had to leave)

Took my dog there for a checkup, I thought something might be wrong, guy ran xrays then told me he didnt know what he was doing so he would have to send them out to another vet. I mentioned a lump I found on her ear and he told me not to worry about it. Took my pup to another vet and its a tumor, might be cancer. Had I waited my dog might have had to have her whole ear removed. DONT TAKE YOUR DOG HERE

Banfield is trying to use Grooming to attain work. Groomers cut my dog and the useless vet came over and did nothing. Why did he even bother. Dont ever let them touch your dog for anything serious they cant handle it.
