I had a positively terrible experience here. I have never been to an Ophthalmologist before. I came in with a pretty severe corneal abrasion as well as Pterygium. I had been at the Emergency room the night before into that morning. The front desk didnt smile, didnt ask questions, they didnt talk, period. I even asked a question and the answer I got was "I dont know" and it was about their business. When I saw the dr., I felt as though I was a burden rather than a patient. I was in a great deal of pain and every question I asked was met with a one word answer. I knew absolutely NOTHING more than what I knew when I arrived. I never write bad reviews however this was shocking it was such poor bedside manner... I would hate for this to be anyone elses first experience with an eye dr. Someone who is frightened about what is going on with their diagnosis.

Do not hesitate to contact the office for any needs you might have pertaining to your eyes. Dr. Leslie Doctor and her associates are fantastic, the best doctors I have ever dealt with for my eyes.
