They are friendly, but when Im still sitting in the waiting area an hour after my appointment was due, nice just doesnt cut it any more. Days off for me are scarce, so I schedule all my appointments around d them, not cool. Time I looked for a place where my time is respected as much as I respect it.

The staff are wonderful. Great place and environment as well. Im so pleased to have found an optical company where I feel comfortable and who takes time with their patients. It was a very pleasant experience and well-worth every penny spent. I have no negative feed back. I highly recommend them.
