Horrible. Im very dissapointed. Si les pudiera dar 0 estrella se lo daría. Mala atención, no contestan a las llamadas telefónicas para posponer citas y lo peor del caso es que te dan una cita al mes, la primera vez que lleve a mí hija me dijeron que había cupo hasta el otro mes, entonces fui el otro mes, y asistí a mi cita, y me dieron otra cita para el siguiente mes, y a todas mis citas llegue 1 hora antes (8:00 am. Y la cita era para las 9:30). Y me atendían casi a las 12. Y un día llegue 10 minutos tarde porque tuve un inconveniente y no me quisieron atender, y me atendieron de la peor manera. Es el peor lugar en todo Miami, no se lo recomiendo a nadie. Mala atención, muy poca rapidez. Lo peor. No vayan. Uno se puede estar muriendo y ellos le dan cita para el otro mes. Ridículo.

Martes 22 Noviembre/2016. Pésimo con las citas. Mi cita era para las 12:15 m, llegue y me registré justo a las 11:15 am, ahora es 1:23 pm y aun continuo esperando, y nadie brinda explicación alguna, con vejiga llena y la tecnica se va a almorzar y no pasa nada. Pésimo atención.

Tratan de atenderte bien pero todo es en vano. Si vas con una urgencia te atienden de ultimo porque primero pasan los que tienen cita. Nunca contestan el telefono. Siempre esta lleno. Lo unico bueno es que tienen tranporte que te recoge y te lleva a la casa.

My BF went here, with 9 out of 10 pain, and the prescription wasnt even called in at the pharmacy like he was told it would be. BF says that the doctor interrogated him and minimized his pain. It took him stating that he would rather leave at that moment than to waste time in trying to get medication that the doctor wasnt even gonna prescribe.Parking isnt the best so get there early. Wasnt seen on time even after coming in 30 minutes prior. Nurses were nice, receptionist was nice, place seemed clean.

I give one star because there is less puntuacion.Es a total lack of staff respeto.El is irrespetuso.No do their job and also you phone and leave you half an hour waiting in line to hang after the report telefono.Ya insurance and the medicaid.Para will too work in the area of health must be vocacion.Y nobody in this center tiene.Mi father takes 3 days trying to get a referral to see an oncologist emergency and do not help .

They always treated me well but good luck trying to get anyone on the phone, bizarre telephone system will leave you going in circles, most extensions have full or disable voicemail and when you do leave a voicemail nobody will call you back. Trying to get a renewal on a prescription and they wont even answer CVS.

Dr. Lorely Mendez is the best doctor but the rest of the employees there are unpleasant people. They never help with your issues and when you need to see your doctor you cant. If only she had her own office.
