It is a very nice business, it has two locations, Miami Lakes and Flagler St, the Flagler office in my personal opinion like everything else it has its good and its bad but more good than bad; the waiting time is one of the negative factors but the way I see it, its that its crowded because the service is good, we all know dentistry is very expensive, regardless the wait is always long but once inside you are seen pretty quick. Parking is also a problem, parking is limited and is shared with other businesses. I was referred by my daughter (not that it favored her in any way), you get evaluated, Dr tells you what you need done and then you are taken to an office for the financial part where you are told how much it will cost you, mode of payment, contract, etc Another good thing is the Drs starting with Dr. Fernández, he is the nicest dentist I have ever met, quick and has great hands, you dont feel much pain, Dr. Morejon is also super nice and very professional and Dr. Echeverry is also good, there is another dr but I just dealt with him only once, the medical staff, techs as well as the administrative staff are GREAT!!!!, the place is very clean, quiet atmosphere, plasmas in every room and a big one in the waiting area with free coffee. I would recommend this place

Llevo tiempo visitando el lugar como paciente, hoy no fue mi mejor día con una empleada (higienista)su nombre Nieves,ella oyó un comentario sobre algo que dije(no recomendaría a nadie, pues los precios están altos)la trabajadora ofendida defendió su lugar de trabajo hasta me dijo que yo era irónica, que tenía que considerar que de esa plata que cobran sale el dinero que ella gana, hellooo ese no es mi asunto.Es una realidad que para un anciano retirado están los precios altos, pero ella tiene que demostrar su profesionalismo, el resto de los empleados son unos amores. Realmente el tiempo de espera va en concordancia con la calidad de la clinica, si tenemos en cuenta el cumulo de pacientes que asisten diarimente a Fernandez Dental. Al llegar a la sala de espera y verla colmada de pacientes, me dio la medida de la excelencia del servicio. Comparo este particular con llegar a un restaurant y verlo vacio, existiria un buen servicio cuando no hay clientes? Toda consulta require de un tiempo, porque cada paciente lo merece. Felicito al equipo del Dr. Fernandez, a mi modo de ver, excelente doctor y muy profesional todo su staff.

Worst dental office Ive ever been in my life. The last time I put a titanium pin in my mouth. My gums inflamed my mouth full of secretion feeling pain and left me 4 hours waiting for the Doctor I waited so long with pain that I decided to leave with my mouth inflamed. Then I made another appointment with Dr. Fernandez and he gave me the remedies to deflate my gums. Today I am wanting to finish my procedures and I am here again waiting for Dr. Fernando ndez has almost 3 hours. Terrible experience.

I was not pleased with the work done on my mouth. I went to the Flagler office and they were overpriced, the dentist and assistant were having conversation about their personal life, talked over me, while working on my mouth (very unprofessional). It took the dentist forever and a day to do a root canal. I dont recommend them. O. Lopez

Everything is great except the closed circuit tv in the waitting room. Expect to be bombarded with commercials that sell stuff... unpleasant waitting time. I wonder if they get paid to use their clinics as a funnel to bombard these commercials if not then it makes no sense to play this.
