Worst Medical Office I have ever been too! I would give them 0 stars, but G+ will only let you give a minimum of 1. I will start out with I went there well over 2 years ago. Then I get a letter in the mail stating that I owe them $35 for that visit 18 months later. Upon contacting them they realize, yes they made a mistake and actually owe me $50 for over charging me. 3 months later and 5 calls later, "We will get that in the mail to you today" ... yet I have still to see my refund check. Next I make an appointment to get a prescription re-filled; keep in mine this is a non-narcotic, non-controlled substance. The appointment is at 1:15 in the afternoon. I arrive early (12:45) just in case they need me to fill out extra or more paperwork. 3 people are already in the office prior to me and get called in. 5 people arrive AFTER me and get called. I notice it is now almost 2:00 (45 mins after my appointment) so I start to walk up to the counter and they call my name. The nurse does here stuff and makes a comment asking, "Did you think we forgot about you?" I think to myself yes, but dont say a word. She gets all my vitals and states the DR will be in shortly. 40 minutes later (yes now it is 2:40) I open the door and ask the nurse, when the DR is supposed to come in, as I have another appointment in 10 minutes. She states the DR is coming in now. 2-3 minutes later the DR (well come to find out she is an Assistant .. as they do not have an MDs on had ... just PA and ARNP/LPN to treat patients). She has no clue as to what I am in there for at all. By this time I am finished and leave. Please what ever you do DO NOT visit this disorganized place that only tries to rip off insurance companies and patients. Go somewhere else where you are treated like a person and they care for you.

I am a patient at the Genesis Practice and Amanda at the front desk is awesome from her Welcoming Smile to arranging appointments as quickly as possible. The last time I stopped in unexpectedly and she got me an appointment in one hour. I just got off the phone with an appointment at 9:45 am on Monday....Thanks Amanda

The wait times can be longer than when your appointment was scheduled for, (hence the 4/5 stars), but the staff is amazing, very kind and friendly. The doctors take their time with you and really listen to your complaints and symptoms. On the other side of the clinic there is a quick care office that is just as great!
