I had an appointment 3 weeks ago for 3 different skin issues. After filling out all of my paperwork online I had to redue it all in person. I arrived on time but even after paper work waited another 30 minutes before being seen. I was scheduled for the practicioner (not the doctor) she and her assistant were very respectful and kind, took a culture sample. One skin issue she brushed off and said thats just your skin type theres nothing you can do... Umm no. I know for sure there is a lotion to help with KB. It is very common and there are things to help it. They verified all of my information and I informed them multiple times I am breastfeeding my 3 month old. She continued to prescribe me two different prescriptions with a warning of "but call your pediatrician and have them look up to see if your can use them" and make another appointment in one month... well I had to call back when I realized they never gave me the names of the prescriptions to verify (even though they should do this easily enough). Finally got a hold of someone to get the names to find that I really shouldnt use either.. one in which would harm my baby to the extreme of taking away or sense of smell, taste and affect her sight and appetite! Called my pharmacy to have it cancelled well they didnt have the prescription yet because they only send them at the end of the working day... to call back and find out they only received one of the prescription requested and the other was sent elsewhere! All in all was a horrible experience since Im out a copay, am going to have to pay for a lab culture (that I still have not received any information for), and have absolutely no relief for my skin issues. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PRACTICE AT ALL! Save your money and go elsewhere!

Ive been coming to see Dr. ambay and Patty for a year now and I absolutely love them! First, the office is beautiful and the staff is super nice! My experience was top notch and everyone from the staff, the manager and the doctor is very professional. I wanted to try fillers and Botox but was so scared! Patty is just a dream! She came in and explained everything to me. Shes the practice manager and is such a wonderful person! she helped calm my nerves and I felt completely at ease. Patty even gave me her personal number in case I had questions! I did over the weekend and she got right back to me!! Ive never been to a doctors office with this level of service. Dr. Ambay is an amazing doctor. Shes knows everything and exactly what was the best for my needs. Shes also extremely nice and an absolute wizard at what she does. She has an amazing eye for details. I wanted a refreshed natural look and that is what I got. She did an amazing job and I was and I am 110% happy with my results. I will continue to go to Dr. Ambay and Patty at 360 Dermatology, because they truly are the best!!

Dr. Ambay is the absolute best dermatologist that I have ever seen!!! She is extremely knowledgeable and caring!!! She is the kind of doctor EVERYONE NEEDS and should have available for great skin care!!! I have seen dermatologists in the past and have NEVER gone back for the usual follow-up NOT with Dr. Ambay!!! I have seen her at least 3 or more times in the past few months and walked out of the office thoroughly satisfied with my treatment--she makes sure that you know exactly what is going with your skin condition and what needs to be done to solve the problem. As a teacher, I appreciate anyone who will go out of their way to seek an answer and/or find out about something unknown rather than expressing a know it all stance--Dr. Ambay will do the research and present you with the needed information!!!!!!!!!! The Office staff is friendly, helpful and very professional--they represent her in an impeccably excellent manner!!!!

My wife and I saw Dr Ambay today as new patients and we were both very impressed. A very professional staff (Melissa and Elizabeth) greet you; they are equally personable, caring and helpful--you have a comfortable feeling right away. After completing some obligatory paperwork, we were promptly seen by Dr Ambay who provided us outstanding care. Our concerns were answered in detail with the same demeanor as the front office staff--professional and personable. Dr Ambay took plenty of time with us. We were not rushed and when finished, we came away with great confidence. We highly recommend Dr Ambay and her staff for your dermatology concerns.

I was seeing at Dr. Ambay’s office for a consultation for Botox. Despite all of the glorified reviews I was very displeased with my appointment overall. To begin I overheard Dr. Ambay rudely yell at one her employees in the hall way and my “interaction” with Patty the manager (supposedly), was sad and unprofessional, why I would want to spend my money somewhere that doesn’t even treat their employees well, I can only assume the same treatment goes for patients, like myself. Once I expressed that I could not afford the Botox, Patty dismissed me like I was never there terrific right? This office is money hungry do not believe the endorsed reviews.

We were given a Tricare referral to 360 Dermatology at their new Brandon location. Military families know that you dont always end up at the best providers with Tricare referrals. We were so pleasantly surprised. The Brandon office is brand new, beautiful, and top notch. The staff is amazing...attentive, polite, thorough, and knowledgeable. Dr. Ambay provided my daughter with great care and I would feel comfortable referring anyone there. They were quick to follow up on our post-appointment concerns and make great use of technology in their office operation, making life easier for patients. A+ review for Dr. Ambay and staff!

Without a doubt, the best dermatologist in the Tampa Bay Area. 360 Dermatology offers a relaxing atmosphere, friendly staff and outstanding care. Dr. Ambay spotted a very small freckle (that I never noticed) which ended up being a serious cancer that she had to surgically remove. The care and follow-up was impressive. She is also extremely gifted at providing botox, fillers or any other type of skin rejuvenation service. Thanks to Dr. Ambay and 360 Dermatology, my skin looks healthier now than it did 10 years ago. I cant say enough about the warm and friendly care that we receive and would recommend them to anyone in the Bay area.

-They never called to let me know the deductible of $123 (just FYI, I think first appointments are $170). -Secretary does not have emotions. A robot will do a better job. -As almost any other doctors office, they ask you to write your SSN in a sheet of paper, which cannot be more insecure. By law, health establishments are not required to get the patients SSN. -5% charge if you pay with Amex. -However, the PA was very nice overall. Although I remember those times when doctors actually sat down with you to tell you all the things you should and should not do to improve your condition. I miss that.

Dr. Ambay is a great physician. She is kind, very detail oriented and explains things very clearly in terms i could understand . She gets right to the point with questions but has a very cheery personality. I felt like she really wanted to make certain everything was clear to me and understood. I would recommend her highly. I moved here a few years ago and left all my doctors up north. I have found Dr A and she is now the family dermatologist. Her staff is a great compliment to her. They are very nice and helpful.
