I was told by the receptionist that they took our insurance. She took down all my information and gave us an appointment for one week out. She told me they would email the appointment to me. When I arrived one week later, she told me she made a mistake; they dont take my insurance. She said she must not have written my info correctly, because she tried to call me twice. I never received a call or an email. I asked the cost of the exam. She said $100 cash. If I paid with my bank card, $140. You would think after all the inconvenience (my 45 miles one way), she would have discounted the cost to $100. All I I got was "Im sorrrrry." Thats the ONE thing she got right.

Wonderful people! The Doctor was VERY thorough! The receptionist was the sweetest. They talked to me like I was a person, not just another patient. Ive been to many other places, and this was the first time I have had a really thorough checkup. Ill be going here from now on. There is no competition.
