I Love Dr. Hill and Ashely Brueshaber N.P. but the staff that schedule appointments and answer phones are very rude and have no Customer Service skills whatsoever. I called them today and asked them to send some information to my husbands Short Term Disability provider and one of receptionist (who will remain nameless) got the most outraged attitude with me for no reason. I should have had the attitude with her because my husband has been without a check for 3 weeks now and they didnt send the information requested to the Claim Manager -- even though the Claim Manager tried to get in contact with them twice. So, if you visit the Commerce office try not to get offended if the receptionist gets an attitude with you for no reason at all!
