This is my personal experience at the Newton Co Viewpoint Health. This place is best avoided if you suffer from autism. The place provides very substandard care or at least this is what I have experienced. Ive scheduled and showed up for 3 appointments and they refuse to fill my sons medications! Mind you these are medications he needs to function normally. Its not professional to sometimes provide medications to patients or only when you remember to. When patients go cold turkey off meds it causes all kinds of withdrawal symptoms. Apparently they dont know this or just dont care over at the Newton co Viewpoint. Its unfortunate because Im not familiar with the area and finding services for people like my son are hard so were having to put up with it at this point.

The worst government office ever. My physician requested my medical history from them and still didnt get one. Its been almost three month now. I have to call them again and again to remind them to do their job and yet, still cant get my prescriptions because of View Point!

I see Dr Connie Jorgensen and I love her to death! She is the sweetest dr iv ever had and I can actually talk to her and feel comfortable around her. Iv also seen like 4 doctors here and she is by far the best :)
