My experience with Quest 15 mos. or more ago was pleasant and professional, not so on my visit this week. The staff is too busy talking about and to other coworkers in the presence of patients. For myself, there was very little interaction between me as the patient and the nurse other than to bark orders. I will definitely reconsider my options on any future needs.

Had an appointment. No one came to the desk for 15 minutes after I arrived. When the lady finally came to the counter she took people who came in after me with later appointments. Ridiculous. I wont come back here again when there are so many other choices.

They only had one lady working the entire office (the front desk and tending to patients in the back) I was there for well over an hour before I was even called up to say what I was there for. 010 would not recommend

I have had a difficult time with blood work lately but Cindy was very patient with me. Will definitely ask for her the next time I need blood work.
