I drove 45 minutes to Cummings to get an earlier appointment by going to their other location. I sat in the lobby for over a half hour, then went to use the restroom and came back 2 minutes later. After waiting for another half hour, they told me that they called my name while I was in the bathroom, and now they could not fit me in for the rest of the day. They then rescheduled my appointment for the next week, even though I explained how necessary this appointment was. So I wasted over 2 1/2 hours of my time for nothing.

Comprehensive eye care, as well as laser vision correction and medical exams available for all of our family needs. Went for comprehensive exam and contact lens fit for my daughter. Knowledgeable friendly staff made her feel at ease about learning to wear lenses. Somewhat of a wait time, but not unexpected when seeing a specialist versus routine eye care.

Wait times are unbelievable! Took forever. No glasses... had to drive all the way over to Cumming location to buy glasses. First and last time going here
