I went in with my daughter for an earache which turned out to be more than that with some type of infection causing "swimmers ear" is what we were told. Gave us antibiotics and told to come back in a week. After taking such meds the swelling went down and it stated to drain. Go back in to have them look at it and not just one but three nurses go in to pick and poke at my daughters ear yelling at her to say something does it hurt!?! (My daughter also has a learning disability and at this point scared to tears!) They go on to point to a small hole above the issue blaming it on this which has been there since birth with no problems its a birth mark of sorts and now wishes to send me off to surgery to have them dig deep into my daughters ear! I will not be taking my daughter back to this place for someone who doesnt listen when I repeatedly told all three that hole isnt the problem for 11 years its been there! I have never been so upset about a doctors office the way I am today. If I could give them no stars I would.

Ive been going to Dr.Trivedi for years off and on. She is really nice but Ive recently had an issue where my lab was sent to an out of network lab without me knowing and it wasnt covered by my insurance. I never could get this issue situated out between the lab and my insurance because it was an experimental lab and insurance does not cover those. If I would have known that the lab I took was going to cause so much trouble financial issues I never would have taken it. Due to this I will now have to pay out of pocket for any future doctor visits because there is no longer any funds in our h.r.a. account.

I wish we could charge doctors for missing appts like they charge us. I waited an hour before I saw her and she didnt apologize or make any excuses what so ever. I told her I didnt respond well to a certain type of medication and yet thats all she pushed. I wont ever go back to her. I didnt feel like she cared at all about the issues I had. Just another $$$ in and out.... her front office wouldnt even book my follow up appointment, just told me to call the office later. Ridiculous. These people definitely couldnt care less about you.

The phone is rarely, if ever answered. There are always instructions to leave a message or call 911. When you leave a message, it takes a long time to receive a return phone call. The P.A. is kind and professional. The Dr. is RARELY there. The reception, nursing, and lab staff members are detached and rude. They seem to not want to be there and definitely do not care about patients. Service is slow despite the fact that the office is empty.

Oh just so everyone knows. If you have high blood pressure, dont worry your not sick. At least that is what this doctors office told me. They only see sick people without an appointment . So I just want to say thanks to the locust Grove family medical center for saving me the time and money and just letting me know Im not sick. So if you have high blood pressure dont worry your not sick your just going to die.

Called to make an appointment an was not helped at all. The person taking my call could barely speak English an I had to repeat myself several times... Will not be using this practice!!
