My visit on 9/28/2016 is unpleasant due to long wait time. I was provided an appointment at 05:00pm but had to wait for 25 minutes before attended. 5 minutes wait is acceptable but not 25 minutes wait. I was given a reason the previous appointment in the room allotted to me over ran and my slot got delayed. This is not acceptable reason. Otherwise....my previous experience at this facility was good.

The office was super clean and my appointment ran quickly and smoothly. Hygienist had many years of experience and did a great job. Dr Kisling was personable and knowledgeable. I’ll return for a cleaning for myself in 6 months and I’ve scheduled appointments for my kids. The location is SO convenient.

Best dental experience and after 5 years of No dental care, they treated me with respect and no shaming me. Only two cavities and teeth whitening for $99, the laughs that Andrea and Dr. Kisling gave me plus being so gentle, thanks for everything!!!
