Do you enjoy paying unnecessary amounts of money to find out nothing about your pet? If so then this is the place to go. These people are total rip offs. DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT let them trick you into any type of plan to provide services for your pet. They trick you into thinking you will save money in the long run, which you will not! If you come across anyone named Victoria Bell then take your pet and run as fast as you can because this lady is the epitome of a bald headed ghetto hood rat. The staff that examines your pet before the DVM comes are hired directly off the street with no type of professional training. They teach them what they can in about a week and throw them out there to work. My advice is to not even walk in front of their counter when you are in Petsmart because they will try to suck you in so they can get bonuses. This place is an embarrassment to Petsmart.

My dog was fine! I brought him there and all hell broke loose. He has been diagnosed with heart murmur with fluid around his heart. I was then double charged for something that was included in my benefits. My Mother was told to pick him up at 3:30 and 4pm I received a call saying that he hadnt even been seen yet. Seriously Banfield...WTF!! Then on top of it.. he gets prescribed a medication for "preventative care" that costs $50 a month that makes him sick. Poor dog hasnt been able to keep anyting down including water for the past 3 days. He is completely dehydrated and energy level is NULL! You will do better looking up your dogs issues on the internet and figuring it out yourself!! Did I mention that the office manager is the absolute WORST over the phone but will grin like a beauty queen in your face!

I took my dog to this location for what we thought might be a foot infection and I have to tell you the service was impeccable! My dog was seen by the tech Dillion and Dr. Bartsdale and they both were equally caring, dedicated, attentive, careful and diligent. They cared for my dog like they were his owners. I felt like I was at home and my dog was in the best of hands. Dillion took the extra time to walk with us through petsmart and show us dog foods (we needed to change) cat foods for my cat that wasnt there and flea and tick supplies for the oncoming spring and summer. You can not find a better place to take your family member (at least our pets are our family). Thank You so much guys, because it can be really stressful finding people who really care. Fantastic Job!

My dog had emergency surgery at Woodlawn in Locust grove in the middle of the night after eating dental floss that got wrapped up in her stomach & intestines because Banfield was closed. A week later she was leaking all kind of fluid. I took her back to Woodlawn, they just kept bandaging her up and sending her home. I finally took her to Dr. Jennins , her regular vet at Banfield and she recognize right away the my German Shepherd was having an allergic reaction to whatever stitches they used. She removed them, had to do another surgery which was half the cost of Woodlawn because of the infection. After another week Dr. Jennings took her new stitches out and within a few days my shepherd was back to normal.

My pet is always handled great at this facility. Dr. Barksdale is very patient and will answer all the questions you throw at her about your pet without rushing you off. The staff is always friendly whenever we come. Highly recommend this Banfield. The wellness plan is great to have, I have saved a good bit of money with it.
