This facility is a farce! I tried to get approval from my insurance carrier to have a CT scan and kept getting the run around form Northside Eagles Landing imaging. The doctor didnt do this - the insurance company didnt do that! There were several phone calls in September and October and after the final run around on the phone I finally told them just to forget the whole thing on November 1st when I was told I had been approved and then called later in the day to say I was not approved. Then today, November 17th, I received a written approval from my insurance company where the date of request was November 11th. This is ridiculous! This office doesnt have their ducks together and I would discourage anyone from doing business with them. Wayne Weaver

I read earlier reviews, and was skeptical of getting a CT Scan at this location. My doctor had ordered the scan following some results of an MRI. The technician read the order and determined it should be "with contrast" instead of without. She went the extra mile of getting the order rewritten and approved via insurance. Also prior to the appointment, I received a call on what to expect and how much the copay would be for me. All of the staff members were courteous, polite, and extremely helpful! Thats a real winner in my book!

Very very rude employees. Probably the rudest ive ever incountered. They where argumentative never said hello or goodbye. And tried to scam me out of paying extra copay.rude rude rude.ill never ever go back.and will tell everyone i know about how rude they are there

Rude and childish receptionist and other female employees. Will go to another imaging center where theyre professional and my privacy can be respected.
