One star with every other review website, an F with the Better Business Bureau... I think the very short reviews from Aug 9-Sep1 were made by people with a vested interest. This dentist office uses very unethical practices. I wish I had read a review or two before I went there. They will provide you services not covered by your insurance, you wont know this because they will tell you its covered, then suprise you a month or so later with a bill, charge ridiculous late fees, then deduct the money from your account without an recent authorization or notice. Seriously, stay away, stay far away. UPDATE: After looking at my bank statement for earlier in the year I see they charged my bank account $117.53. I called to ask them about this and they say that isnt showing on my account. So my bank statement is lying? RIDICULOUS! They had the nerve to call and ask if Id like to schedule my cleaning for tomorrow since they have several openings! Are you kidding? ABSOLUTELY NOT!! I have already been charged $198 by them for xrays (no cleanings, no fillings, nothing, just xrays) PLUS they got over a hundred from my insurance... This company is a scam.

Stay away from this practice. Instead of solving billing issues they turn you over to a collection agency. I asked for a detail breakdown of what my charges are for and they tell me they will check into it. Six months later (and no bills in between), I am contacted by a collection agency. Way to go Stockbridge Dental, I am spreading the word.

My main problem with this group is their billing office -- I have never heard of paying for services up-front! How do they know what the charges are going to be? Something is fishy about their business practices.
