The other offices are a lot better and professional. Unfortunately my son had an appointment today to get a cap on his tooth and because I have ever two children I had another doctor appointment somewhere else I sent dads and came later in the appointment. When I arrived in was not allowed to be in the back with the procedure the office manager made sure of that and she was like only onever of them can be back there in the back with the child. Then she stated they that are almost done so it might be better to wait. Thinking they would go over instructions on how to take care of my son with both parents they gave a card and didnt know my child can bite his lips if we remove the glaze outhe of his mouth. Then they already set ur appointment for u without asking if thats is okay. I say thats rude they need better customer service. Called back to facilities made excusesome of it offered you to go back there. It was rude no apology was given and she was wrong. I wont return to that location ever.

My mother took my daughter to a dental appointment here because I was working. They gave my mother instructions, details, etc. to relay back to me. Unfortunately, my mother was not clear with all the details.I called D4C three days straight to inquire about the visit. One every call is routed to a general office number, secondly, each office doesnt have a direct line, thirdly, the wait times to get transfered are ridiculously long, lastly once you do get transfered you get questioned by the front desk staff and still no results. I left 3 voice-mails with the supposed office manager, and STILL have not gotten a call from Dr. Brookins. Take time out for people that make your practice a success. You wouldnt be a dentist if you didnt have patients. Take pride in returning calls and being responsive.

Dentistry for Children (Stn. Mtn) saw my son today for an emergency visit. He had been up all night and missed school today b/c of a toothache. The entire staff was wonderful! The call center representative took some initial information then transferred me to the office nearest me where the receptionist, Claire (so kind!), completed setting the appointment. All the technicians were warm, welcoming, and thorough. They addressed their questions first to my son, allowing him to speak for himself, then invited me to add any supplemental information. Our technician, Tanya, and Dr. Brookins performed a double extraction with NO TEARS from my very sensitive son! Their relaxed manner and professional expertise will definitely bring us back again for regular cleanings and other services.

Very nice Dentistry for children .Very clean staff is very friendly .....Service is quick they keep the appt times ..If your appt is at 11 am they keep there promise no wait no hassle .I do recommend this place to anyone with children they care about your child needs . Great place 5 stars for me ....and my children .Better than Kool smiles .Very clean place

The lady at the front desk, the so called manager is very rude. She just treated me like I used her money for my childs treatment. Very unprofessional. I wonder who was smart enough to put her on the front desk to ruin their business. I cant stand rudeness in healthcare, it belongs someplace else. Not Here!!!

The lady on Front desk ( manager )very rude make us wait 2 hr because I ask her we waited to long call me after 2min says sorry we cant see your kids she dont really care I left my work early my kids left school early as long as shes there not going back change location or dentist

Had a great experience. My son had to get a cap & filling. The assistant tried to make it fun for my son he really wasnt feeling it. But I appreciated it. I didnt like the fact I had a reschedule my apt after being 10 minutes late. Thats why they got 3 stars.

They are absolutely wonderful with the kids! They are informative to the parents and so accommodating to my other children while we wait. It makes being a mom of three, 6 and under, a very manageable experience.
