I have gone to larger practices in the past and I always thought I was getting good care there... and then I went to Dr. Nelms. (Thats basically like eating ground beef all your life and then having a steak. Now I know.) Their team was so accommodating and kind, but most of all, they were so knowledgeable and personal. I was not just a number. Dr. Nelms was great and during the exam, he talked to me about things he was observing about my eyes, things that I did not know before that helped me understand why my vision is the way it is. The front office staff was super friendly, and the man who fitted me for my glasses was extremely helpful in picking out the right frames for my face and within my budget. I never felt pressured to buy more than I could afford, which I always did at the large practices. I would definitely HIGHLY recommend!
