The surgery was a success, but the communication lack there of at this office. After surgery wasnt told that they added another procedure until received papers in the mail 3weeks after surgery. Instead of Dr. Rainey explaining the surgery and what he had to do we were left with nothing until today talking to her insurance company come to find out the third procedure was not discussed. Anything couldve happen to my mother but by the grace of God it didnt, because the third procedure was not discussed. So lack of communication is not good at all. So make sure if anything is done with this doctor u talk to him after surgery to make sure that what was discussed was done.

Great doctor. My grandson came down from New York with a broken arm. His cast got wet, even with the dry cast bag. Took him to the hospital to get it changed. Sat in hospital for four hours only to be told to go to Dr. RAINEY. Dr. Rainey took my call n seen us immeditally. Took good care of my little one. Chabged his cadt right away. His girks... staff took time explaining what was to be done n included my grandson in the changing of old cast to new one. We left very happy. He loved his new cast color.....purple. Id recommend him.

Worst experience. I had an appointment but the let me in hour later. Put me in a quite room for another hour and the assistant did not know how to do the scan. Hour later they said doctor is not here and pa came in to say i should re sechedule my appointment. What a shame. Never go here.
