Seeing as the guy has a lot of grammatically errors in his review, tells me he has no common since. I wouldnt listen to him..Anyway, this is a black owned business, very friendly and nice. Ive been going since I was 10, Im 23 now. My grandfather down from my mother goes here to get their eyes checked. I lose and a break a pair of glasses, I go in or call they get the job done. Overall I love them and will keep it in the family with my children.

This place has horrible cusomer service. Why is it that when you try to do business within thw community you get hotrible service. The representative refused to set me an appointment because I did not want to give my full social security number over the phone when the only need the last four to verify it with the insurance compnay. I was told I can come in to make an appoinyment which is ridiculous they do not do walk-ins

I have been going to the Eye Care Center for a number of years and I must say that I have never been disappointed. The staff is very friendly and Dr. Roby is the best. He is very knowledgeable and just an all around great guy. I have tried other eye care professionals but always end up back at the Eye Care Center. Thank you for your service to our community. You guys are the BEST!
