Eye exam was fine, but a poster on their window claims that you can receive your glasses in one hour. They then tell you that they dont have a lab on-site and that they can probably get you your glasses next-day. I call the next day only to be told that the lab they sent your glasses to also has to special order the lenses so it takes another-5-10 business days!

Cant get my prescription electronically? They dont have a scanner or any way to email me my prescription? Not going back to them for eye exams. They could could make their service so much more convenient. Beginning of the end for Lens Crafters if they dont get with the times.

Similar to other posts, I cant understand why my Rx cant be emailed to me, but more than that I cant understand the quick, snarky attitude of the woman answering the phone.
