Had a great experience with staff here. Honestly I had almost given up on mental health therapy because of mediocre and below experience but Dr Lowden, the front desk staff and Deanna were all great here. Was a part of the program from May to August. Hugely helpful in a crucial time of my mental health. Young adult / college group was great. Didnt feel like a "clique"y high-school setting, became really comfortable coming here and sharing. They even let me bring my piano in to perform for others / the staff here! I will say, however, dont be too consumed by the terminology and catch-phrases / mantra they use here. I think in the end, your mental health will be greatly sharpened by your own understanding of yourself, how to deal with your shortcomings, and processing life as it comes for yourself. The teachings here can help, but ultimately and hopefully you leave with influence of what you feel will be most beneficial to your progress in life, not simply what others may say.

Simply put: their miraculous staff saved my life. Comparing this system and staff to competitors is ridiculous due to the life-changing, indescribably brilliant treatment. If there were Compass tee shirts, Id buy one, make that multiple. Staff is tremendously caring and second to none. Disregard disenchanted employees/former neighboring businesses - this is the real deal. If youre looking for premium quality, stop looking. Its here.

This is a terrible place! I being of color felt I wasnt welcomed because everyone else was white. Also once you walked into the rooms they always locked the doors and it seemed like a prison. Medication I wasnt supposed to take was offered by the staff and the amount of crying and screaming kids was too much. I walked into the bathroom and saw a girl cutting herself. After that I knew this wasnt a safe environment.

Had office space next to the location and was frequently interrupted by ambulances and police visits. "Students" frequently stood outside main buildings smoking and creating a very uncomfortable environment. Reports from family member of patients who went there were disturbing.

Great place, great staff, though they should really hange the policy for no exchanging numbers as I met the love of my life while there, things going great, but seriously... that policy needs to change. ASAP
